The Rams had a terrible season in 2022. Coming off winning Super Bowl 56, the Rams had the worst season for a defending champ, going 5-12 in 2022.
This offseason, the Rams release All-Pro linebacker, Bobby Wagner, who went back to the Seattle Seahawks. The Rams traded star cornerback, Jalen Ramsey to the Miami Dolphins mainly for cap space. Unfortunately, Ramsey will be out for the Dolphins until December. Then on July 29, a special report comes as Head Coach Sean McVay announced the running back Sony Michel is retiring.
Outside of those, the Rams been relative quiet during the offseason. However, the Rams enter the 2023 NFL Season with the second hardest schedule in the National Football League. Outside of the NFC West, the Rams face the entire AFC North, arguably the hardest division in the league, and the entire NFC East, the best division in the league a season ago with the NFC Champs, Philadelphia Eagles are. Not to mention another trip to Lambeau Field.
