Dallas needs to PUT UP OR SHUT UP

Updated: Nov 30, 2021

Dallas is 1-3 in their last four games. The Cowboys are continually falling apart. Going from 6-1 to 7-4 is terrible news. Quite frankly, it's unacceptable. This Thursday's game against New Orleans on the road is a make-or-break for Dallas.

Here are the problems; The offensive line is average, the running game is dead, the passing game is inconsistent, injuries, penalty issues, and the list goes on and on. This week, Mike McCarthy won't be coaching since he's in Covid-19 protocol along with several other coaches and RT Terence Steele. Furthermore, it's unclear if Amari Cooper will play. CeeDee Lamb is practicing, but the problems are still bothersome.

The NFC East is now getting tight. Dallas has to deal with Philadelphia and Washington. Washington has won three straight games and Dallas meets them next week. The Cowboys are in trouble. Dallas looks unmotivated and there are too many issues.

Dallas has four NFC East games in the rest of the season. And they have to deal with the Arizona Cardinals. The odds are not in their favor. The health of Ezekiel Elliott is a concern right now. And it's unclear when Randy Gregory will return. DeMarcus Lawrence may return this week and Neville Gallimore has been out since the preseason and may not return for another three weeks. The injuries and Covid-19 issues are just too much for the Cowboys.

At this point, if Dallas doesn't start a new winning streak, it's over. It's time for the Cowboys to PUT UP OR SHUT UP.
