Are the Dallas Cowboys Facing a Crisis of Leadership and Performance?

By Alex Al-Kazzaz

In back-to-back weeks, the Dallas Cowboys have been embarrassed at home. The team is undisciplined, unmotivated, nearly strengthless, and AWFUL. Let's face it; they're a mess and completely disoriented. Three weeks in and it's going to be a long season.

No running game. There is no offensive line. AND NO DEFENSE! Terrible coaching and POOR leadership and performance. Again, the team's an absolute mess. Brandon Aubrey is the only player that is fun and exciting to watch, and he's the FREAKING kicker. When the kicker is the best player on your team, you have a SERIOUS problem. You have SEVERAL serious problems.

Mike McCarthy won't even make it to the end of his current contract if things continue. At this rate, he could be fired as soon as the end of next month. In that case, the offensive coordinator can go, as well. As far as Mike Zimmer goes, many are having second thoughts on his hiring. CeeDee Lamb just got paid and his QB got another massive extension but what have we so far? Nothing. It's only three weeks, but there's no excuse.

Dallas will play the Giants this Thursday in New York. A loss to the Giants will dig that hole deeper. Frankly, it's not looking good for Dak Prescott & Company. Playoff hopes could be over in about three weeks.
