With the introductory press conference for new Jacksonville Jaguars' general manager James Gladstone, the new regime in Jacksonville officially begins. The new regime has first-year guys in keep roles of Execute Vice President, General Manager, and Head Coach.

Shad Khan made critical changes in the front office and coaching staff coming off a disappointing 4-13 season in 2024. Doug Pederson was fired after the season. GM Trent Baalke was to remain the Jaguars staff until Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Liam Coen decline the position for head coach in Jacksonville. Thus, prompting Khan to fired Baalke and Coen accepting the head coach vacancy.

Executive Vice President: Tony Boselli

Tony Boselli returns to the only franchise he played for in his Hall of Fame seven-year career. Boselli is the first and only Jaguar Hall of Famer. Boselli was a three time All-Pro from 1997-1999, a five-time Pro Bowler from 1996-2000, and named to the All-Decade Team in the 1990s. Now Boselli returns to the Jaguars in a completely new role as Executive Vice President of Football Operations on February 3. Boselli wants to build a franchise that has sustained success as the Jaguars did back in his days as the offensive tackle for the Jaguars in the 90s.

General Manager: James Gladstone

James Gladstone comes into the general manager at the age of 34, the youngest GM in the NFL. Gladstone spent nine years with the Los Angeles Rams. In those nine years, Gladstone sat and learned under GM Les Snead and Head Coach Sean McVay. Gladstone was the Director of Scouting Strategy for the Rams from 2019 till this past season of 2024. The Rams won four NFC West Division Titles, six postseason appearances, two Super Bowl appearances, and winning Super Bowl 56 in 2021. Gladstone will bring the method of the rams into Jacksonville and build an "intangibly rich" culture in Jacksonville.

Head Coach: Liam Coen

Liam Coen led the Buccaneers' offense to top five in points, yards, passing yards, and rushing yards in 2024. The only offense in the National Football League to rank top five in every offensive category in 2024 and the fourth since 2018. The Bucs went from 23rd in offense in 2023 to third in 2024. The Bucs won the NFC South Division Title and the only team in the NFL to have three 500-yard performances in 2024. Coen brings a balance attack on offense where the Bucs averaged 250.4 passing yards per game, ranked third in the NFL and 149.2 rushing yards per game, ranked fourth in the NFL. It will be interesting to see had Coen works with QB Trevor Lawrence and RBs Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby.

Offensive Coordinator: Grant Udinski

Grant Udinski comes from Minnesota as the Vikings' Assistant Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Quarterback Coach under 2024 Head Coach of the Year Kevin O'Connell. Udinski help build an offense in Minnesota that was sixth in passing yard at 237.8 per game and ninth in points per game at 25.4. Udinski is an interesting hire because O'Connell's offense is similar to Coen's offense in Tampa Bay. The reason being is that O'Connell and Coen both spent time with the Los Angeles Rams under Head Coach Sean McVay. This should be a great pairing on the offensive end in Jacksonville.

Defensive Coordinator: Anthony Campanile

Anthony Campanile comes to the Jaguars' coaching staff with high hopes as the Jags' new defensive coordinator. Campanile was the Linebackers Coach and Running Game Coordinator for the Green Bay Packers in 2024. Under Campanile, the Packers were seventh in rushing, allowing 99.4 yards per game. The Packers were fourth in points allowed at 318 points allowed, fifth in total defense at 314.5 yards allowed per game, and fourth in takeaways at 31 takeaways in 2024. Rookie LB Ederrin Cooper was named NFC Defensive Rookie of the Month for December and January to close the 2024 season.
